The old Bridge is a traditional styled English Tavern at the centre of Somerset West, next to the second oldest bridge in South Africa. It is a fun place to visit on any occasion, for all ages. We offer relaxed and contemporary indoor/outdoor dining facilities with a fantastic, diverse menu 7 days a week
Lucas and Jan Pretorious took over the business in July 2006 and The Old Bridge was born. They, along with Sam, the General Manager, pride themselves on a fine and growing reputation for providing excellent service, amazing food, great wine, fantastic beers all presented in a relaxed, warm and friendly atmophere.
We also boast great bar areas where we serve the freshest, coolest and one of the largest selection of draught beers on tap in the Western Cape.

Due to the popularity of our restaurant we recommend booking in advance to ensure your table(Please note that we do not except bookings for big sporting event).
OBT Opening Times are: Monday - Sunday 8am until 2am.
Food served Monday - Sunday up until 11pm.
